What's the shipping cost?
We offer complimentary shipping within the United States for orders above $75. For orders below $75, a nominal shipping fee of $6 applies. International shipping fees vary by destination, but we're committed to getting your products to you quickly and efficiently!
When will I receive my products?
Once you order your favorite HealthyFresh items, we'll ship them within 1-3 business days. In the US, you can expect your order in 1-5 business days (Monday orders by Friday of the same week on average). Peak times may cause slight delays, but we work hard to get your order out ASAP!
Returns & Refunds
What's your refund policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority! If your HealthyFresh product arrives damaged, we'll promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund. You can cancel a non-subscription order before it ships for a full refund.
How can I cancel my order?
Contact us before your order ships (status: "confirmed for shipping") to cancel. Once an order is marked for shipment and you receive a tracking number, it cannot be canceled. See our shipping & refund policy for details.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is confirmed, we'll email you a tracking link so you can monitor its progress and know exactly when to expect your HealthyFresh goodies!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We're happy to serve international customers. While shipping fees may vary by destination, we strive to make HealthyFresh available worldwide. Please note, you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes upon receipt.

How can I manage my subscription?
With your first subscription purchase, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to manage your subscription. This allows you to modify, pause, or cancel as needed.
What is your subscription cancellation policy?
We get that flexibility is important! You can cancel your subscription anytime except for a one-day window before your next billing cycle. If not canceled within this time, your designated payment method will be charged. Subscriptions will remain active until you choose to cancel for the following cycle.
